The free version of our app offers a range of features for efficient enterprise management on your tablet or phone. With this version, you and your employees will be able to:

• Register the start and end of the working day
• Register pauses and provide reasons for them
• Stay informed about your employees' worktime status (working, on pause, not working)
• Analyze time worked on a daily and weekly basis
• Analyze time spent on pauses on a daily and weekly basis
• Use PIN mode for employees without phones. Simply assign a number to each employee and have them clock in/out using a designated tablet/phone in the office. No need for each employee to have their own phone!

If employees don't have phones to use the app, they can use the PIN mode function. This allows you to configure a tablet or phone at your office specifically for clocking in/out. Just assign a number to each employee, and they can use that tablet/phone to record their work hours. This eliminates the need for each employee to have a personal phone.

If you have concerns about false clock-ins, need team leaders to manage groups of employees, require detailed information, or want to receive notifications whenever an employee clocks in/out or takes a pause, consider trying our Premium version.

The Premium Plan offers additional functionalities that greatly enhance employee management:

• Notifications: Receive instant email and app notifications whenever an employee clocks in/out or takes a pause. No need to constantly check the app for updates!
• More information: Access up to 4 years' worth of information compared to just 1 month in the free plan.
• New reports: Generate daily reports for all your employees in a single Excel file or get a summary document for quick analysis of their work.
• Photos on clock in/out or pause: Configure the app to capture a photo every time an employee clocks in, clocks out, starts or ends a pause.
• Team leaders: Create team leaders who can manage groups of assigned employees. If you're a service company, you can provide end customer access to WorkTime tracking so they can ensure that the billed work is being done.
• Project Management: Easily analyze how much time your employees have worked for each customer using our project feature.

We offer both monthly and annual plans (with 2 months free) so you can choose the option that best suits your company's needs. We also have licenses available for different numbers of employees ranging from 5 to 100.

Payment Information:

• Payment will be processed through your iTunes Account after the 7-day free trial period, unless the subscription is cancelled before the trial ends.
• If you cancel the subscription during the trial period, no charges will be made to your iTunes Account.
• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period unless auto-renewal is cancelled at least 24 hours before the expiration date. You can easily manage your subscription settings in your Account Settings.
• The renewal charge will be processed 24 hours prior to the subscription expiration date.
